Next article consider some statistics if possible. Hard facts and stories could help bring this point home. Also consider calling reads to contact their news agencies to cover this disparity in news coverage. Thank you for the work you do everyday! Keep up the fight.

I am disgusted that national news agencies are ignoring the continuing death toll that the abortion bans have caused in those states who have taken that health care away. The body counts and statistics of those death tolls should be kept in the forefront so the nation will not forget that the problem has not disappeared.

I also find that the national news agencies have now zeroed in on this administration's announcement that they want women to have more children. So, more deaths from pregnancy, encouraging bigger families, no child support from the government who advocated the bigger family (SNAP, WIC, affordable day care, certified educational programs, health care, etc.)

They finally caught the thief. Wouldn't you know it, he's an illegal immigrant. I knew from the moment he stole Nome's purse, the thief was illegal. How and why he was in a restaurant that was so expensive that Nome was carrying $3,000 cash and a checkbook to pay for the meal, is the question.

There's another way to spin the story. Woman from a small town gets a job in the BIG city of Washington DC. She gets robbed because the thief sees an easy target. She's flashing cash and not paying attention to her surroundings.

Somethings about this story don't add up. I know it could happen to anyone. But she's supposed to be some badass woman, who can takecare of herself.

The way Nome speaks to and about undocumented immigrants and the way ICE treats them is frightening and abhorrent. I for one thought the theft was national news. Too bad her carelessness wasn't highlighted more.

It is a set up to point how dangerous are the immigrants and how efficient the hunters. Her purse suppose to be a rich woman’s one, thus the money. Who pays cash at a restaurant? That does not add up, the cash for a meal!

It is a fake story to keep people busy with their non senses and not look at the serious story - THEY KILL WOMEN by denying medical care, criminals!

Any high government official who had their access pass and credentials stolen should concern citizens. That wasn't "a personal misfortune ". It's a security breach that potentially endangers us all.

It is disgusting, cruel and barbaric what they do! Uncivilized, to not mention ignorance,

and a serious denial of human rights.

The so called Christians, are in fact criminals! Shame on you!

Of course that idiot’s purse is more important, they are paid to look for entertainment not serious news.

Women dying is not important, they closed the chapter when they reversed Roe v. Wade, nothing matters now.

What a shame, another one in the multitude of shameless facts!
